I had the extreme pleasure of photographing an engagement session for Mark and Elizabeth on the last day of April. They were such fun to work with. I really enjoyed their company and look forward to photographing their August wedding.

I received this beautiful flower bouquet from a Grand Rapids florist at a business meeting. Once the blooms had withered and died I saved them and watched them dry out for a couple of weeks, then put them outside in the snow. Now they are recycled as a winter garden so I can enjoy them a while longer.
*{Note: Since some of you asked…the kitty pictured is not mine. He/she is just a random cat I saw when I was wandering around with my camera. I’m more a dog person, but this kitty sure is cute.}

2010 sessions are booking up faster then 2009 did. That’s great news because it means West Michigan is discovering the unique vision of Earthtones Photography. No “run of the mill” here. Don’t wait too long if you are thinking of booking a session for fantastic and unique West Michigan photography. Earthtones is low volume for a reason. I accept a limited amount of clients each month in order to give each and every person top notch customer service. If I over crowd my schedule it would not be fair to my wonderful clients. So I just won’t do that…period. When my calendar is full, it’s full. I hope you are among the lucky one’s to get a 2010 appointment.
